Bodybuilding competitions have never been more popular than they are today. If you are new to the sport then lucky you, there is good news! You don't have to suffer on chicken and broccoli for 12 weeks to get lean. Competing is one of the toughest things you will do both physically and mentally but the satisfaction of seeing your body change to reflect your sacrifice is priceless.
We have many years of personal and professional expertise working with all classes men and women. Generally we follow a flexible dieting approach but a more stringent meal plan is available on request.
Training programs are moulded and adapted regularly for your specific needs as well as any cardio. A general time line to get lean enough for competition is 12 to 16 weeks, depending on your class and condition.
After the show we also provide you with a structured plan of how to get back to normal and what to expect. We aim to fit our plans around you and your constraints where possible. Let us worry about what is or is not important, leaving you the ability to focus on training hard and getting in shape.
